I'm Abdulazeem Sheikh, an online personal trainer, a father of two, a business professional, and most importantly, a dedicated Muslim. My journey from being a diabetic to achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle has been filled with learning and transformation. As a Desi living in America, I faced many challenges and made numerous mistakes in managing my health, and now, I want to help you avoid those pitfalls.
